Changes in the composition of the PKP Cargo S.A. Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that, on 19 April 2024, PKP S.A., acting in the capacity of the Issuer’s shareholder pursuant to § 19 sections 2 and 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association:

• dismissed Andrzej Grzegorz Leszczyński as of 19 April 2024 from the Supervisory Board,
• dismissed Jarosław Piotr Stawiarski as of 19 April 2024 from the Supervisory Board,
• dismissed Marek Robert Ryszka as of 19 April 2024 from the Supervisory Board,

At the same time the shareholder:
• appointed Paweł Miłek as of 19 April 2024 to the Supervisory Board
• appointed Monika Starecka as of 19 April 2024 to the Supervisory Board
• appointed Marcin Wojewódka as of 19 April 2024 to the Supervisory Board

All newly appointed Supervisory Board Members submitted written statements according to which they do not conduct any activity competitive to that of the Company, are not involved in any competing company as a partner in a civil law firm, partnership or corporation, do not participate in a competing legal person as a member of its corporate body, nor are listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
