Changes in the composition of the PKP Cargo S.A. in restructuring’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”) hereby reports that, on October 7, 2024 Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting pursuant to Art. 385 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code:

• dismissed Izabela Wojtyczka from the Supervisory Board,
• appointed Grzegorz Lato to the Supervisory Board for the joint 8th term of office.

Mr. Grzegorz Lato meets the independence criteria for an independent Member of the Supervisory Board.

According to the submitted declaration, Mr. Grzegorz Lato does not conduct any activity competitive to that of the Company, is not involved in any competing company as a partner in a civil law firm, partnership or corporation, does not participate in a competing legal person as a member of its corporate body, nor is listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
