Change of the publication date of the annual report for 2015

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces a change of the publication date of the standalone annual report of PKP CARGO S.A. and the consolidated annual report of the PKP CARGO Group for 2015 and that is has made a decision to publish these reports on 18 March 2016.

According to information presented in Current Report No. 1/2016 of 4 January 2016, the date of publication of the report was originally set at 15 March 2016.

§103 sec. 2 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014 Item 133).
