Change of the date of publication of the periodic report for Q1 2023

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that the date of publication of the PKP CARGO Group’s consolidated periodic report for Q1 2023 which, according to the information presented in Current Report No. 2/2023 of 23 January 2023 concerning the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023, was originally set for 26 May 2023 has been changed.

The new date of publication of the PKP CARGO Group’s consolidated periodic report for Q1 2023 has been set for 30 May 2023.
