Change of the date of public publication of the consolidated report for the first half of 2024

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (the “Company”) informs that the date of publication of the consolidated periodic report for the first half of 2024 of the PKP CARGO Group has changed, which, in accordance with the information contained in current report No. 1/2024 of January 10, 2024 regarding the publication dates periodic reports in 2024, was to be published on August 23, 2024.

The new date for public publication of the consolidated periodic report for the first half of 2024 of the PKP CARGO Group is set for September 30, 2024.
