Change of publication date of the interim report for Q3 2014

General legal basis (chosen in ESPI): Art. 56 sec. 1 item 2 of the Act on Offering – Current and Periodic Information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 4/2014 of 30 January 2014 regarding the timetable for publication of interim reports in 2014, hereby informs that the extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2014 containing quarterly stand-alone financial information (the “Report”) will be published on 13 November 2014.

The original date of publication of the report was set at 6 November 2014.

Legal basis: §103 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent information as required by the law of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
