Change in the equity stake held in PKP CARGO S.A.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 12 June 2024 the Company received a notice from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (“Pension Fund Management Company”) that the Pension Fund Management Company had increased the combined share held by its funds in the total number of votes in PKP CARGO S.A. above the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes in the Company.

Currently, the funds managed by the Pension Fund Management Company hold a total of 4,490,053 shares in the Company, accounting for 10.0245% of votes at the PKP CARGO S.A. Shareholder Meeting.
