Change in the date of publishing the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2018

Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces a change in the date of publishing the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2018 and a decision to publish these reports on 20 March 2019.

According to the information presented in Current Report No. 6/2019 of 25 January 2019 regarding the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2019, the originally scheduled date of publishing the said report was 21 March 2019.

§ 80 Section 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 February 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, Item 757).
