Change in the date of publishing the PKP CARGO Group’s extended consolidated report for H1 2016

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces a change in the date of publishing the PKP CARGO Group’s extended consolidated report for H1 2016 and the decision to publish this report on 21 September 2016.

According to the information presented in current report no. 1/2016 of 4 January 2016, the originally scheduled date for publishing this report was 25 August 2016.

§ 103 section 2 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014, Item 133 as amended).
