Change in the date of publication of the standalone and consolidated report for 2023

With reference to Current Report No. 1/2024 of 10 January 2024, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. hereby reports that it has decided to change the date of publication of the PKP CARGO S.A. standalone annual report for 2023 and the PKP CARGO Group consolidated annual report for 2023 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Reports”) from 27 March 2024 to 23 April 2024.

The change in the date of publication of the Reports results from the request submitted by the consortium of audit firms – Grant Thornton Polska P.S.A. and Grant Thornton Frąckowiak P.S.A. (also referred to collectively as the “Auditor”) – which are parties to the Agreement for the audit of the Company’s financial statements for 2021–2025 and the provision of other services entered into with PKP CARGO S.A., the request having stemmed from organizational rearrangements on the part of the Auditor.

Due to these circumstances, the Company has found itself in a position where it must postpone the date of publication of the Reports. The other dates of publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2024 remain unchanged.
