Change in shareholding

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. („Company”) hereby reports that on 3 October 2024, the Company received a notice from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska Spółka Akcyjna managing the Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny („Fund”) that the Fund had reduced its share in the total number of votes in PKP CARGO S.A. below the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the Company.

The number of shares held by the Fund in the Company is 2 153 753 representing 4,81% of the Company’s share capital and giving the right to 2 153 753 votes at the Company’s Shareholder Meeting representing 4,81% of the total number of votes.
