Appointment of a PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board member
The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 28 July 2022 it received a letter from Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. (“PKP S.A.”), a Company shareholder, submitted in connection with § 19 sections 2 and 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association on the appointment of Mr. Grzegorz Dostatni to the Supervisory Board in its eighth term of office.
The appointment of Mr. Grzegorz Dostatni to the Supervisory Board pursuant to the statutory right held by PKP S.A. is consistent with the regulation in § 19 sec. 2 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
According to the submitted declaration, the foregoing Supervisory Board member does not conduct any activity competitive to that of the Company, is not involved in any competing company as a partner in a civil law company, partnership or capital company and does not participate in another competing legal person as a member of its corporate body; he is also not listed in the Insolvent Debtor Register kept pursuant to the KRS Act.
Information on the education, qualifications and positions held previously and a description of the newly appointment Supervisory Board member’s career is presented in an attachment to this current report.
Accordingly, the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in its 8th term of office operates in the following composition:

5. Marek Ryszka – Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board
6. Paweł Sosnowski – Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board
7. Jarosław Stawiarski – Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board
8. Jarosław Ślepaczuk – Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board
9. Michał Wnorowski – Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board
10. Izabela Wojtyczka – Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board
