Adoption of the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association by the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 27 June 2017 the Company’s Supervisory Board, by means of a resolution, adopted the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, taking into account the amendments introduced by Resolutions 28/2017, 29/2017, 30/2017, 31/2017, 32/2017, 33/2017, 34/2017, 35/2017, 36/2017 and 37/2017 adopted by the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting on 30 May 2017.

The resolution of the Company’s Supervisory Board on adopting the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association entered into force on the date of its adoption.

The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association forms an attachment hereto.
