Adoption by the Supervisory Board of the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”), in reference to Current Report No. 18/2024 of 27 May 2024 to register amendments in the Company’s Articles of Association, hereby reports than on 18 June, the Supervisory Board in accordance with par. 25 section 3 point 11 of the Statute of PKP CARGO S.A. in a resolution adopted the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, which is attached to this report.

The consolidated text of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A. contains the amendment introduced by Resolution No. 3/2024 adopted by the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting on 18 April 2024 regarding the change in § 12 section 2 and in § 25 section 3 Company’s Articles of Association.
