Adoption by the Supervisory Board of the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”), in reference to Current Report No. 26/2023 of 11 July 2023 and No. 29/2023 of 10 August 2023 to register amendments in the Company’s Articles of Association, hereby reports than on 31 August 2023, the Supervisory Board in a resolution adopted the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, which is attached to this report.

The consolidated text of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A. contains the amendment introduced by Resolution No. 10/2023 adopted by the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting on 17 May 2023 and the amendments introduced by Resolutions Nos. 51/2023, 56/2023, 57/2023 and 60/2023 adopted by the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting on 29 June 2023.
