Adoption by the Supervisory Board of the consolidated text of Articles of Association of the Company

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. („the Company”) hereby informs, that on 30 August 2015 the Company’s Supervisory Board resolved to adopt the consolidated text of the Articles of Association.

The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association takes into account the changes adopted by resolutions no. 3/2015, 4/2015, 5/2015, 6/2015 of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of 13 April 2015.

The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association is attached to this report.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 item 2 b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
