Acquisition of shares by a person closely related to the supervising person

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) informs that on January 7, 2025, the Company received a notification about the purchase of PKP CARGO shares by Instytut Emerytalny Sp. z o. o., i.e. a person closely related to Mr. Marcin Wojewódka, Member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring.
