The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 13 January 2022 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution according to which the period of secondment of Mr. Władysław Szczepkowski, a PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board Member, to act temporarily in the capacity of President of the Company’s Management Board will be terminated on 13 January 2022 at 2:00 p.m.

The Supervisory Board resolution came into force on the date of its adoption.
