Mr. Jacek Rutkowski was appointed today by the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board to be the Management Board Member in charge of Commerce and Mr. Maciej Jankiewicz will serve in the capacity of the Management Board Member in charge of Finance. They will both start to work in the Management Board on next Monday.

Mr. Jacek Rutkowski can boast of having more than 25 years of professional experience, and for more than 16 years he has been associated with the rail industry, including the PKP CARGO Group. He was the CEO of Cargotor from 2016 to 2018, and he served as the CEO of PKP CARGO Centrum Logistyczne Małaszewicze from 2018 to 2019. Since 2019 he has been the CEO of another Group company, i.e. PKP CARGO TERMINALE.

Mr. Jacek Rutkowski is a law graduate from the Silesian University, holds an Executive MBA from the Marseille Graduate School of Management, University of Gdańsk and has completed post-graduate studies in corporate finance management at the Higher School of Banking in Poznań. He has experience in cooperating with domestic and EU institutions overseeing the rail industry. He has written restructuring and optimization programs pertaining to the functioning of commercial law companies.

In turn, Mr. Maciej Jankiewicz is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, the Warsaw School of Economics and the Poznań University of Technology. He received an Executive MBA from the Paul Cezanne University in Marseille. He also completed doctoral studies at the War Studies University.

Mr. Maciej Jankiewicz has served in multiple capacities in the management and supervisory boards of companies such as Pocztowo-Bankowe PTE, Post Media Service, BDM Grupa Inwestycyjna, Polskie Radio SA and Pocztylion-Arka PTE.

In the course of adopting resolutions to appoint new Management Board members, the Supervisory Board has appointed the full Management Board, which now consists of the following members:

1) Dariusz Seliga - President of the Management Board,

2) Marek Olkiewicz - Management Board Member in charge of Operations,

3) Maciej Jankiewicz - Management Board Member in charge of Finance,

4) Jacek Rutkowski - Management Board Member in charge of Commerce,

5) Zenon Kozendra - Management Board Member, Employee Representative.
