Consent of the Judge-Commissioner to extend the deadline for the destruction of the restructuring plan

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Issuer”, “Company”), with reference to current report no. 16/2025 of February 27, 2025, informs that today the Administrator of the restructuring estate obtained the consent of the Judge-Commissioner to extend the deadline for submitting the Company’s Restructuring Plan to the case file, setting this deadline for June 30, 2025.
