Purchase of shares by a manager

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 27 February 2025, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Paweł Miłek, Vice-President of the Management Board of the PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring, Member of the Management Board for Restructuring.
