Information on the progress of work on the restructuring plan of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”, “Company”) informs that today it received information from the Administrator of the restructuring estate PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring – Ms. Izabela Skonieczna-Powałka (“Manager”) about the need for the Administrator to submit an application to the Judge Commissioner (District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Restructuring), for an extension of the deadline for preparing a restructuring plan.

The Issuer will inform about further actions related to the application in separate current reports.
