Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”, ‘Issuer’) informs that on On January 31, 2025, the Company received a letter from the Issuer’s shareholder – Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. – which, acting pursuant to § 19 section 2 and section 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association was appointed as of On February 3, 2025, Mr. Piotr Tomasz Babski was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the 8th term.

The appointed Member of the Supervisory Board submitted written declarations according to which he does not conduct any activity competitive to the Company and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company, and does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body and is not listed in Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
