Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (the “Company”) informs that today the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Władysław Szczepkowski, submitted a declaration of resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring as of January 31, 2025

The reason for the resignation was not provided.

§ 5 Item 4 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
