The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on January 15th, 2025, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Marcin Wojewódka – Member of the Supervisory Board.
