Resignation of a PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring Management Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company”) informs that today Mr. Paweł Miłek submitted a declaration of resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring as of December 31, 2024

The reason for resigning from his position is that Mr. Paweł Miłek took up the position of Member of the Management Board for Restructuring of the Company on January 1, 2025.

The Company announced the appointment of Mr. Paweł Miłek to the Company’s Management Board and entrusting him with the function of Member of the Management Board for Restructuring for the joint 9th term of office of the Management Board in current report 121/2024 on December 20, 2024.
