Information regarding the conclusion of an agreement with PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. and ZEW KOGENERACJA S.A.

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs about the conclusion on December 11, 2024, the agreement between the Issuer and PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. and Complex of Wrocław Heat and Power Plants KOGENERACJA S.A. (collectively, the “Ordering Party”), the subject of which is the provision of the service of transporting hard coal by rail to the Branches of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. and ZEW KOGENERACJA S.A. in the years 2025 ÷ 2027, covering a total volume of 5.75 million tons.

The Agreement will be valid in the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 or until the remuneration limit set for the Issuer is exhausted or the maximum volume indicated in the Agreement is exhausted – whichever comes first.

The maximum value of the contract during its validity is PLN 173,946,467.07 gross.

The Company informed about the selection of the Issuer’s offer as the most advantageous in the proceedings organized by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Parties. in current report no. 104/2024.
