Information regarding the conclusion of contracts with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. and with ArcelorMittal Warszawa Sp. z o. o.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“PKP CARGO” the “Company”) with reference to current report No. 55/2024 of July 29, 2024, informs about the conclusion of two agreements with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. on December 6, 2024. and ArcelorMittal Warszawa Sp. z o. o.

As part of the above-mentioned agreements, until June 30, 2026, the Company will transport goods from various commodity segments to the above-mentioned companies from the ArcelorMittal Group for an estimated total value of PLN 270 million net (PLN 332 million gross).

Conclusion of the above-mentioned contracts constitutes a continuation of cooperation between PKP CARGO and the ArcelorMittal Group in the field of supplies of raw materials for steel production.
