Information regarding the conclusion of contracts with TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o. o.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring (“PKP CARGO” the “Company”) informs about the conclusion on October 11, 2024 of two agreements between the Consortium consisting of PKP CARGO and PKP CARGO Service Sp. z o. o. (“Contractor”) and TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o. o. (“Ordering Party”), the subject of which is the provision of coal rail transport services for the needs of the generating units of TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o. o. in a total amount of 465 thousand tone.
The agreements will be valid from the date of their conclusion. The parties conclude contracts for a fixed period, i.e. for a period of 12 months from the date of commencement of their implementation. The Ordering Party will notify the Contractor about the commencement of the implementation of the contracts at least 10 days in advance.

The total gross value of the offers was: PLN 14,555,881.50.
