Purchase of shares by a manager – correction of notification

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. under restructuring (the “Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby informs that on May 30, 2024, the Company received a notification with a correction regarding the acquisition of the Company’s shares by Mr. Marcin Wojewódka – acting President of the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A.

The correction constitutes a change to the notification about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 56/2024.

The content of the corrected notification is attached to this report.
