Decision on security by appointing a temporary court supervisor

Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”), with reference to report 37/2024 of June 29, 2024, informs that today it received the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division, of July 2, 2024, issued in a case regarding opening of restructuring proceedings regarding the establishment of security for the Company’s assets by appointing a temporary court supervisor: Zimmerman Filipiak Company.
