Purchase of shares by a manager

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 27 May 2024, the Company received a notification on the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by Mr. Marcin Wojewódka, acting President of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board, along with a correction of that notification.

The notification and the correction are attached to this report.
