Change in the date of publication of PKP CARGO Group’s extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2016

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces a change in the date of publication of PKP CARGO Group’s extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2016 and the decision to publish this report on 16 November 2016.

According to the information presented in Current Report No. 1/2016 of 4 January 2016, the original date of the aforementioned report’s publication was 10 November 2016.

§ 103 Section 2 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014 Item 133).
