Expiration of the mandate of a Member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) hereby reports that on 11 May 2016, i.e. on the date of the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting approving the financial statements for the last full financial year, i.e. for 2015, the mandate of Mr. Kazimierz Jamrozik, Member of the Supervisory Board.
