Adoption of the consolidated version of the Company’s Articles of Association by the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 30 March 2016 the Company’s Supervisory Board, by means of a resolution, adopted the consolidated version of the Company’s Articles of Association, taking into account the amendments introduced by resolutions 2/2016 and 3/2016 adopted by the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting on 8 February 2016.

The resolution of the Company’s Supervisory Board on adopting the consolidated version of the Company’s Articles of Association entered into force on the date of its adoption.

The consolidated version of the Company’s Articles of Association constitutes an attachment to this report.
