Registration of amendments to PKP CARGO S.A.’s Articles of Association

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

With reference to current report no. 9/2016 of 08 February 2016, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 22 March 2016, based on information corresponding to a current extract from the Business Register, downloaded pursuant to Article 4 Sec. 4aa of the National Court Register Act of 20 August 1997, presenting the status as at 22 March 2016, the Company became aware of the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, about registration, on 22 March 2016, of the amendments of the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by resolutions no. 2/2016 and 3/2016 of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of 08 February 2016. A list of the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association was published in current report no. 9/2016 of 08 February 2016.
