Resignation of the Company’s Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on 14 March 2017 the Company received information on the resignation of Mr. Jerzy Kleniewski from his function of the Supervisory Board Member.

Tendering of the above resignation has immediate effect. Mr. Jerzy Kleniewski has not stated the reason for tendering his resignation.

The Issuer’s Management Board would like to thank the Supervisory Board Member for his commitment and contribution to the functioning of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
