Publication dates of PKP CARGO S.A.’s periodic reports in 2017

Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces publicly the schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2017. The periodic reports will be published on the dates stated below:

• Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2016: 17 March 2017
• Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017: 26 May 2017
• Extended consolidated report for H1 2017: 31 August 2017
• Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2017: 28 November 2017.

Any changes in the publication dates of the periodic reports will be announced publicly in the form of a current report.

The Company’s Management Board also reports that pursuant to § 83 Sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-year report will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and condensed half-year financial statements.

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board reports that pursuant to § 101 Section 2 of the above Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance, the Company will not publish quarterly reports for Q2 2017 and Q4 2017.

§ 103 section 1 of Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014, Item 133).
