Information update on the extent of the moving general industrial action in PKP CARGO S.A.

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 5 of the Act on Offering – information update

In reference to current report no. 70/2015 of 14 December 2015, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 14 December 2015 it received additional notifications from the employers operating in the Company on the commencement of an industrial action on 18 December 2015 in the Company’s following Units:

1) Lower Silesian Unit at 11:00 a.m.,
2) Central Unit at 12:00 p.m..

The Company’s Management Board simultaneously reports that the aforementioned notifications were submitted to the Company in violation of the deadline referred to in art. 20 section 3 of the Act of 23 May 1991 on Collective Dispute Resolution (Journal of Laws of 1991, no. 55, item 236).
