Resignation of the President of the Management Board

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Art. 56 sec.1 item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“the Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 14 December 2015 it was informed about a resignation of Mr. Adam Purwin from the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation was made effective immediately.

Mr. Adam Purwin pointed out that he resigned due to “important reasons, in particular personal”.

The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Adam Purwin for his contribution to the development of the Company, in particular for the introduction of PKP CARGO to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, international expansion and an effective restructuring.

§ 5 sec. 1 item 21 and & 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws, 2009, no. 33, item 259).
