Information on the suspension of commencement of the general strike

Legal basis (selected in ESPI): Article 56 Section 5 of the Act on Offering – update

With reference to the Current Report No. 56/2015 of 30 October 2015, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 6 November 2015 it received a letter from the National Protest and Strike Committee active in PKP CARGO S.A. (“KKPS”), in which the KKPS notifies of the suspension of commencement of the general strike until 9 December 2015.

The letter stated that, KKPS reserves the right to carry out immediate strike action in individual plants of the Company prior to 9 December 2015, in case the employer undertakes restructuring actions or takes decisions about the allocation of Company’s employees.
