Proposal of a candidate for an independent member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) reports that on 7 June 2019 it received a letter from the Company’s shareholder – Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień” [PZU Złota Jesień Open-end Pension Fund] (“OFE PZU Złota Jesień”) putting forward the candidacy of Mr. Dariusz Górski to be an independent member of the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board.

The candidacy was submitted for review as part of the agenda of the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting convened for 26 June 2019.

Together with the candidacy the Company received Mr. Dariusz Górski’s curriculum vitae, consent to be a candidate for the PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board and a representation on the candidate’s independence.
