Estimation of PKP CARGO Group’s selected financial and operating results for 2018

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby publishes estimated selected consolidated financial and operating results for 2018:
– operating revenue: PLN 5,237.5 million
– EBIT: PLN 277.6 million
– net profit: PLN 183.9 million
– EBITDA: PLN 907.0 million
– capital expenditures: PLN 894.1 million
– freight volume: 121,874 thousand tons
The data presented above take into account the impairment loss recognized for AWT Group’s assets, which was reported by the Company in its current report no. 11/2019 of 13 March 2019.
The figures presented above are estimates and as such are subject to change. Publication of the consolidated report of the PKP CARGO Group for 2018 is scheduled for 21 March 2019.
