Publication of the Report on the completed recruitment procedure for the position of PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member in charge of Commerce

In reference to Current Report no. 26/2020 of 24 August 2020, acting pursuant to § 5 Section 5 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, Item 757) and § 14 section 6 item 6 of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A., the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby attaches the report on the recruitment procedure conducted for the position of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member in charge of Commerce.
