Resignation of a PKP CARGO S.A. Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”) hereby reports that on 31 August 2020 the Company received information on the tendering of a resignation with effect from 31 August 2020 from the Company’s Supervisory Board by Mr. Mirosław Antonowicz.

The reason for the resignation was not provided.

The PKP CARGO Management Board wishes to thank Mr. Mirosław Antonowicz for his contribution to the Company’s development.

As a result of the changes, the Supervisory Board is now composed of the following persons:

  2. Mr. Władysław Szczepkowski,
  3. Mr. Paweł Sosnowski,
  4. Mr. Krzysztof Czarnota,
  5. Mr. Jerzy Sośnierz,

  8. Ms. Zofia Dzik,
  9. Ms. Izabela Wojtyczka
  10. Mr. Antoni Duda

Legal basis:
§ 5 item 4 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, Item 757).
