Correction of a typographical error in the name of a Management Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO” hereby corrects an obvious typographical error in Current Report No. 26/2020 of 24 August 2020.

In the current report mentioned in the previous sentence, an error was made in the details of the newly-appointed Management Board Member in charge of Commerce. The incorrect spelling of the name in the report was Piotr Wąsaty, while while the correct spelling is Piotr Wasaty.

The remaining content of the report has not changed.
