Publication dates of PKP CARGO S.A.’s periodic reports in 2020

Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces publicly the schedule of publishing periodic reports in 2020. The periodic reports will be published on the dates stated below:

– Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2019: 23 March 2020

– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020: 21 May 2020

– Consolidated report for H1 2020: 20 August 2020

– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2020: 20 November 2020

The Company’s Management Board also reports that pursuant to § 62 Sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (“Regulation”), the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated interim report will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and interim condensed financial statements along with the audit firm’s report.

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board reports that according to §79 Section 2 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2019 and Q2 2020.
