Resignation of the Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that on 24 October 2014, Mr. uas Grnici submitted his resignation from the position of Supervisory Board Member.

The document indicated no reasons for resignation.

The Management Board of the Company would like to thank Mr. uas Grnici for his committed contribution.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of inance dated ebruary 1 200 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws from 2014, item 133).
