Publication dates of periodic reports in 2021

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces publicly the schedule of publishing periodic reports in 2021. The periodic reports will be published on the dates stated below:

– Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2020: 31 March 2021
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2021: 21 May 2021
– Consolidated report for H1 2021: 20 August 2021
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2021: 24 November 2021

The Company’s Management Board also reports that pursuant to § 62 Sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (“Regulation”), the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated interim report will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and interim condensed financial statements along with the audit firm’s report.

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board reports that according to §79 Section 2 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2020 and Q2 2021.

§ 80 Section 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, Item 757).
