Continuation of talks surrounding the collective dispute with the Trade Unions operating on behalf of the employees of PKP CARGO S.A. Units and the Head Office
In reference to Current Report No. 10/2022 of 7 March 2022, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that as a result of the negotiations held on 27 April 2022 surrounding the collective dispute with the Trade Union Organizations (“Trade Union Organizations”) acting as a party to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the PKP CARGO S.A. Units no agreement has been reached, and as a consequence, pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the Act of 23 May 1991 on Collective Dispute Resolution (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, Item 123) (“Act”), a statement of differences of opinion has been drafted.
The statement of differences of opinion depicts the stances of both parties on the postulate put forward by the Trade Union Organizations regarding the implementation as of 1 April 2022 of the salary increase, which the Company reported in the foregoing report.
The signing of this statement of differences of opinion terminates the negotiations, whereby the collective dispute moves into the stage of mediation in accordance with the regulations of the Act.
